This is a working draft, not a reviewed legal document. It hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer and shouldn't be relied on as final legal protection — it's here so the site isn't operating with no terms at all while that review happens.
K.ALL is currently available to job seekers in the United States who are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S. By creating an account, you're confirming that's you.
K.ALL helps you build one candidate profile and reuse it across job applications. You always review what's been filled in and click submit yourself — K.ALL never submits an application on your behalf without you seeing and approving it first. K.ALL doesn't guarantee you'll get an interview, an offer, or any particular outcome from using it.
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for the accuracy of the information in your profile — including anything sent to an employer or recruiter through the platform. Don't share your account with anyone else.
K.ALL's messaging feature is for genuine communication about job applications. Don't use it to spam, harass, or misrepresent yourself.
K.ALL is currently free to use. No payment is processed today. If paid plans launch in the future, pricing will be shown clearly before you're ever charged, and a refund policy will be posted here at that time.
You can delete your account at any time from Edit Full Profile → Danger Zone. This permanently removes your profile, résumés, applications, and messages — there's no undo. K.ALL may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
K.ALL is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We're pre-revenue and actively building — expect rough edges.
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
Questions about these terms: a support email hasn't been set up yet — check back soon.

When you create an account: your name, email, phone number (optional), and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text). When you build your profile: your bio, work history, education, skills, and any saved answers you choose to add. When you apply to jobs through K.ALL: the applications you submit and any messages you exchange with an employer or recruiter through the platform.
We only ask for what the product actually needs to work. We don't run ad-tracking or analytics SDKs, and we don't use cookies to track you across the web — your sign-in session is stored in your own browser's local storage, not a tracking cookie.
K.ALL never sells your data or shares it with data brokers. Your profile is shared with an employer or recruiter only when you choose to apply or message them — never automatically, and never without you seeing what's being sent first.
You can view and edit everything in your profile at any time while signed in. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Edit Full Profile → Danger Zone — this is immediate and irreversible.
K.ALL is intended for job seekers 18 and older and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
